I have been asked to provide some feedback for you on the experiences we have had using the Blue Tree tracker system. We primarily use the system for staff that are lone working and have found it to be a great success. It's ease of use and reliability has been a blessing to staff as it is a simple turn on and off system with the added facility of being able to provide a panic alert if required. We currently have around 80 users on the system but as word of mouth spreads this is likely to rise.
The facility to be able to track in real time has also been of great benefit to us when we have needed to ask staff to attend jobs in their area without the need to spend time calling them to find out where they are
As it stands we fortunately have not had a genuine panic alert but this has been tested from each tracker and is linked directly into our call handling system which is manned 24 hrs a day.
The support has been fantastic and immediate from all the team at Blue Tree and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
